Pirate Airlift was founded by our Chief Pilot, Mike Provost. Mike not only started the company, but is the pilot of the aircraft, the main project planner and the on-site project lead.

We have been serving the construction world since 2000 and have quickly become one of the South's leading lift companies. Our level of professionalism has resulted in approval of our operations by the Federal Aviation Administration, the United States Office of Aircraft Services, and the United States Forest Service. In addition, Pirate Airlift has been awarded exclusive contracts for the Department of Defense.

Mike has over 17 years of helicopter piloting experience in the United States Marine Corps and 8 years of construction general contracting experience. Leveraging this expertise, Pirate Airlift can combine outstanding aviation skills with superior jobsite problem solving to accomplish any challenge you face.
